Q: How can I pay?

A: You can use any of the following payment options:

1. Use your Credit card or Debit card on Grehom Checkout. Use this option if you have received a coupon code or a discount voucher from us. To use this option, click the Grehom Check Out button on the payment options page.

2. If you have an existing Google Check-out account, click the Google Check Out and just follow the instructions. If you don’t have a Google Check Out account, then you can simply create one after clicking the Google Check Out button on the payment options page.

3. By cheque or Bank transfer via Internet. Complete instructions are given below.

4. On telephone using your Credit or Debit Card. Complete Instructions are given below.



Q: Can I place an order by making a payment through cheque or bank transfer?

A: Yes. If you wish to pay for your purchase via cheque, simply send an e-mail to customerservice@grehom.com with the list of items that you wish to purchase and the quantity in each of them. You can follow the same process for paying via Internet transfer. To avail this service you would need to be registered for Internet Banking. On receipt of your request, we would send you an invoice along with complete instructions to make the payment. Your goods will be despatched within one working day of receipt of cleared funds in full in our bank account. This entire cycle of receipt of order via e-mail and its despatch may take up to 10 working days to complete.



Q: How can I place an order and make payment over telephone?

A: At Grehom, we prefer to take payments via our website. We use secured services from SagePay and Google Checkout. But if you prefer to make payment over telephone, please call us on 02380-701826. We are normally available between 9am and 4pm, Monday to Friday. In case, we are unable to take your call, please leave a brief message with your contact details and we would call you back. Alternatively, you could send us an e-mail with the list of products that you wish to purchase and your telephone number. We would call you within one working day of receiving your e-mail. Once we have taken the payment for your order, your goods would be despatched within one working day. Once your goods are despatched, you would receive a confirmation e-mail.
