Return Policy

If you receive one of our products as a gift or if following your purchase of a product you decide you do not want it you may return it to us within 28 days of delivery to the stated delivery address for a full refund (or, if you prefer, an exchange for a product of the same value), as long as the packaging is unopened.

Where the packaging has been opened but you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it to us for a full refund provided you let us know you intend to return the item within seven working days of the date the product was delivered to the stated delivery address.

UK Distance Selling Regulations give you the right to cancel your contract to purchase any items you may order within seven working days of the date the product was delivered to the stated delivery address. If you wish to exercise this right you must notify us by email at customerservice@grehom.com within the seven working day period, clearly stating the order number and date of order and then promptly return the goods to us at your own cost. If you fail to return any goods for which we have refunded your payment, or if you return goods at our expense, we may charge you with the cost of the goods covered by the refund or the cost of the return, whichever is applicable.

None of the above in any way affects your statutory rights.
